Socceroo 1 - 3 Agila

Agila tries to put back their title challenge back on track after a major setback their received from Union Internacional where they lost by a five-goal margin. Midtable side Socceroo is riding high from its masterful conquest of Lions where they scored seven goals, but fully aware that the last time these two clubs met have resulted to a 5-0 win for Agila.

Mark Madrona puts Agila in the driver seat with a goal in the 24th minute. Just 5 minutes later, Agila is two goals ahead courtesy of a Fitch Arboleda strike. Socceroo has a clear shot to cut into the lead after Agila gave up a penalty, but the goalkeeper made a timely save. But Socceroo will not be denied of a goal as Zaydan Timpani scored one in stoppage time right before the end of first half. In the second half, Agila managed to score another goal to bring the final score to 3-1, and more importantly secured the three points that keeps them within striking distance of the Division 2 league leaders.

Laos 0 - 4 Diliman

Division 2 leader Diliman tries to extend its 12 game unbeaten run to give them more breathing room against second placers Pachanga. Laos, which trails their opponents by 17 points, are aiming to win their third straight game in the league.

Just 6 minutes into the game, Ariel Zerrudo Jr. put the Unibersidad ng Pilipinas side 1-0. Eleven minutes later, the lead was doubled with a goal from Andrew Gerard Santiago. In the 22nd minute, a Pachanga error led Jose Andoni Santos to take advantage and put the league leaders 3-0 up. Another goal in the 29th minute extended the Diliman lead to four goals.

In the second half, Mohamed Salem Nejib put Laos on the board in the 48th minute, trimming the Diliman lead to three goals. Things turned for the worse for Laos when Jhonny Dalman was sent off with a red card, in which Diliman's Jay Eusebio was able to convert the penalty, giving Diliman a 5-1 advantage.

Kaya 1 - 0 Army

Kaya's new coach Michael Angelo Alvarez gets his first test since assuming the coaching post from Juan Cutillas during the Holy Week break. After suffering from a serious drubbing at the hands of Global in their last match, Kaya hopes to get back in their winning ways end their first round assignments at the top 3 of the league table. Army, on the other hand, tries to find that consistent form in order to keep the title in sight.

The first offensive threat of the game came from Army, but goalkeeper Saba Garmaroudi's fingertip save kept the clean sheet for Kaya. It was Kaya that opened the game scoring with a 41st minute strike from Nate Burkey, which put Kaya up, 1-0, at the end of first half. In the second half, Kaya failed to go two goals up when midfielder Jonahan Romero bungled a open shot at the penalty box shooting over the crossbar. The game ended with the score at 1-0 for Kaya, putting them at 21 points going into the second round.

Pasargad 0 - 1 Loyola

Two clubs coming off heartbreaking results face off with separate missions. Loyola hopes to go top of the Division 1 table after missing on the opportunity in their previous match where they squandered a two-goal advantage to settle for a draw against Air Force. Pasargad, on the other hand, are still reeling from a 2-0 defeat by Air Force after keeping their ground against the league holders for 87 minutes. They are dangerously sitting in 9th place and just a point ahead of the relegation spot currently occupied by Navy.

Save for the free kick by Pasargad's Milad Behgandom that hit the crossbar, there were no major scoring chances in the first half from both sides. Loyola, the league's top goal scorer, still struggled to find the back of the net in most of the second half because of Pasargad's solid defense. By the 83rd minute, Loyola got a boost with the sending off of Miki Ajah Emaka after being handed a second yellow card. Loyola pressed the Pasargad goal in the remaining minutes until Mark Martmann finally managed to beat goalkeeper Golkah three minutes into stoppage time.

Air Force 2 - 0 Pasargad

The United Football League Philippines returns to action after a two-week Holy Week break. Both clubs battled back and forth in the first half but neither was able to produce a goal, and the score remained 0-0 at the half. Air Force striker Ian Araneta's goal early in the second half was disallowed, while Pasargad earned a penalty in which Air Force keeper Edmundo "Tats" Mercado was able to save, keeping the game in level terms.

First goal of the match came in the 87th minute with Chieffy Caligdong putting Air Force ahead 1-0. It was the first goal of the Philippines international since January. Caligdong made it a double at the 93rd minute and securing the three points for Air Force.

Nomads 2 - 1 Green Archers Utd

Green Archers United hoped to move up in mid-table and distance themselves from the relegation zone, but Nomads would pull them back to make the bottom of the league table a more interesting affair. The De La Salle club actually led after 45 minutes with a penalty conversion by Jesus Joaquin Melliza.

Nomads player Phil Connolly scored an equalizer in the second half, then Stevel Borrill scored a sublime finish to put his club ahead, 2-1, which would remain until the final whistle. That snapped Nomads' three-game losing streak, and ended the Green Archers' two-game winning run.

Pasargad 1 - 2 Navy

Both clubs aiming to get out of the relegation zone faced off each other, but it was Navy that came out at top, clinching just their first victory already halfway into their 2012 United Football League season.

Pasargad took the lead at half time with a goal from Dibi Pascual. In the second half, Pasargad were down to ten men after Miki Ajah Amaka was shown the red. Rolly Perez then equalized for Navy after converting a penalty shot. Navy completed the comeback via a goal from Daniel gonzalez, who actually came in as a substitute.

The win by Navy means they only trail Pasargad by just one point for that all-important ninth spot in Division 1.
